How to Bid Online

  1. Check Our Auction Calendar

    2. Start by visiting our calendar of upcoming auctions to find events that match your interests. Our auctions include categories such as art, antiques, and collections from all around the world.


  2. Browse the Catalog

    3. You can view detailed auction catalogs online, available approximately one week before the event. Each lot has comprehensive descriptions and images, allowing you to review the auction items online.


  3. Register to Bid

    4. Create a free account on Clars Live, Live Auctioneers, or Invaluable, and register for the specific auction. Registration ensures you agree to our Conditions of Sale, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. You can also download our app for Apple and Android to join our live online auctions.


  4. Place Your Bid

    5. You can leave absentee bids online before the auction or bid in real-time during the live event. Absentee bids let you set a maximum amount, while real-time bidding allows for a dynamic, engaging auction experience.


  5. Check Your Approval

    6. After registration, you’ll receive an email confirming your approval to bid in the auction.


  6. Winning & Payment

    7. If you win, you’ll receive an invoice via email. Payments are due within three business days and can be made via wire transfer, cashier’s check, PayPal, or credit card (for U.S. and Canada bidders).


  7. Arrange Pickup or Shipping

    8. While we don’t offer in-house shipping services, we provide a list of trusted third-party shippers. To avoid storage fees, all items must be picked up or shipped within 10 business days.
