Shipping & Pickup

Items purchased during the auction via live in-person bidding, in-house absentee bids, telephone bids & online at Clars Live! are available for payment and pick up immediately.

Items purchased online via Live Auctioneers or Invaluable are available for payment and pickup beginning 9 am the day after they are purchased. If you are not picking up during that auction, our hours for pick-up are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Please note that buyers with out-of-state addresses who pick up in person must pay California sales tax.

We do not have in-house packing or shipping capabilities. Shipping must be arranged with a third party and at the buyer’s cost. Please contact one of the shippers listed below, or any shipper of your choice, for an auction shipping quote prior to bidding. They will need the lot number, short description, approximate selling price, and your shipping address. They will need to pick up, pack and ship your items to you.
