Associate Specialist, Fine Jewelry
Yao JiangYao Jiang serves as the Cataloguer in the Jewelry and Timepiece department at Clars, where she is responsible for cataloguing property and actively assisting in appraisals and consignments. Prior to joining Clars, Ms. Jiang began her career interning at Christie’s, Gurr Johns, and a regional auction house in Pittsburgh. She holds a Master of Arts Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Peking University. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Gemologist certificate at Gemological Institute of America.
Director, Jewelry & Timepieces
Lauren Della CroceLauren Della Croce, is a Graduate Gemologist and Specialist at Clars, where she manages the Jewelry and Timepiece sales. Prior to joining Clars, Ms. Della Croce was an Associate Specialist of the Jewelry Department at Freeman’s of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, managing their Luxe sales. She began her career at Rago in Lambertville, New Jersey, first as a cataloguer, then as a Junior Specialist of the Jewelry Department. Ms. Della Croce is a Graduate of Gemology of Gemological Institute of America, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History from The College of New Jersey in Ewing, New Jersey.
Associate Director, Asian Art
Harry HuangHarry Huang is an Associate Director of Asian Art at Clars where he heads the department. With over a decade of experience in the auction industry, Harry was previously the Head of Asian Art at Michaan’s Auctions and Fine Estate Inc. He spearheaded the department for both companies by successfully conducting monthly auctions as well as numerous Asian Art specific auctions with tremendous results. Some of the highlights from his previous tenures include a rare and magnificent Chinese soapstone carving (sold for $2.35 million in June 2013) and Fu Baoshi’s Lady and Bamboo (sold for $1.4 million in June 2015). Harry holds a Master of Letters degree in Art History of China from Christie’s Education, London accredited by the University of Glasgow. He is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
