These works, dating to the Republic period (1911–1949) and rendered in the Qianlong style, are joined by a pair of Chinese polychrome enameled and blue-and-white dragon bowls estimated at $1,500–$2,500.

Complementing the Chinese material is a finely articulated Japanese silver okimono of a spiny lobster, offered at $800–$1,200 — a remarkable example of the technical mastery and cultural significance of Japanese metalwork.
