The sale includes property from the Estate of Emily Taylor Andrews and Adolphus “Dolph” Andrews Jr., prominent figures in San Francisco’s cultural and social life. Descendants of California pioneers and members of a distinguished local family, the Andrews exemplified a tradition of stewardship, philanthropy, and connoisseurship, including service as trustees of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.
